Groove Armada (Columbia Records, Cambridge) - With their unique style somewhere between Funk, Jazz, Disco and House, Cambridge-based Andy Cato und Tom Findlay have been on a musical mission since the mid 1990s. Tracks like ‚At the River, ‚Superstylin' and ‚I See You Baby' have made clubbers shake their asses in wild hysteria all around the globe. Traditionally Groove Armada work with a wide range of instruments and percussions - inside the studio as well as out on stage. For the SHINING festival too the masterminds will be accompanied by 11 live musicians. In the meantime Groove Armada's highly anticipated new Album ‚ Soundboy Rock' is out on May 7th, and the first single ‘Get Down' on April 30th.
